2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.

  • Required fields: full name, job title, LinkedIn profile URL, email address, and total number of followers.

  • We may request additional verification to prevent impersonation or misuse.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. Protection of Company Interests

  • You agree not to submit confidential or sensitive information. Only share information you have the right to share.

  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty free licence to host, store, reproduce for backup, and display your submitted information and content, and information accessible publicly or on LinkedIn, as needed to operate the fellowship, assess applications, verify identity, operate any member displays we may make available, and promote the Oath.

  • You confirm that your submissions do not infringe the rights of others and do not include personal data that you do not have permission to disclose.

  • We may moderate or remove content at any time to protect members, the public, or the company.

4. Applications, Accreditation, and Listings

  • Admission is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse any application and are not required to provide any justification.

  • We reserve the right to remove you from any listing, remove your accreditation, and suspend or terminate participation if we believe there is a breach of the Oath or these Terms, a risk to integrity or safety, or a misrepresentation.

  • If you leave or are removed, you must stop using the Oath badge, credentials, and any related marks, and remove them from profiles, websites, and materials.

5. The Oath and Conduct

  • Members agree to uphold the Oath’s 10 rules on consistency, elevating the profession, transparency in promotion, moderation in monetisation, employer transparency, independence of voice, no paid manipulation, respectful discourse, evidence over ego, and guardianship of reach.

  • You will not use the fellowship to deceive, harass, or commercially exploit the community.

  • You will not use paid boosts, bots, or artificial amplification to simulate influence.

  • Breaches may lead to warnings, suspension, removal from listings, loss of accreditation, or termination.

6. Brand, Badge, and Credential Use

  • We may grant permission to display the Oath badge or credentials while you comply with the Oath and these Terms.

  • Follow any brand or usage guidelines we publish.

  • We may at any time require modification or removal of badges, credentials, or references if there is a breach or risk to the fellowship’s integrity.

7. Verification

  • We may verify identity and employment using your submitted information and public sources.

8. Acceptable Use

You will not:

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.

  • Share malware, attempt to compromise our systems, or scrape our services.

  • Violate any applicable law, including data protection and intellectual property laws.

  • Submit or solicit private or third party data without proper authority.

9. Changes to the Fellowship

We may update the Oath, eligibility, features, or these Terms to reflect community standards or legal requirements. We may post the new version with an updated effective date. Continued participation after changes means acceptance.
